Who we are
This website is run by Adrelina, DJ from the Netherlands. If you have a question about your data, or want to use one of your rights below, email [email protected].
The site is built and maintained by BG Digital, which handles the technical side on Adrelina's behalf and only uses data for that purpose.
Booking requests
When you send a request through the booking form, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you fill it in), the event, date, location, type of event and your message. We use these details only to answer your request and to arrange the booking.
The form sends your request by email to Adrelina's inbox (Gmail) and a confirmation to you. The emails are sent through the email service Resend. The request is not stored in a database on this website.
To keep out spam, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a real person sends the form; it looks at technical data such as your IP address and browser. To stop the form from being misused, we keep an unreadable (hashed) version of your IP address and email address for at most 24 hours.
We keep your emails as long as needed to handle your request. If it leads to a booking, we keep what Dutch law requires for our accounts, which is seven years.
Visitor statistics
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, and BG Digital counts per day how often someone taps an email, phone or WhatsApp link or sends the booking form. Both work without cookies and without storing anything on your device. We only see totals, such as the number of visits per page; nothing that tells us who you are. Your IP address is used briefly, in unreadable form, to prevent misuse, and is not part of the statistics.
Music player
The music player on the Listen page only loads SoundCloud after you press play. From that moment, SoundCloud may set its own cookies and process data under its own privacy policy. Links to Spotify, Instagram, Facebook, X, Viberate, Partyflock and the merch shop take you to those websites, where their own rules apply.
Hosting, fonts and icons
This website runs on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and to protect the site against attacks. Fonts come from Google Fonts and icons and scripts from unpkg and cdnjs; these services receive your IP address to send the files to your browser.
Cloudflare and Google are American companies. Data that goes to the United States is protected under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies
This website does not place cookies for visitors. The only cookie belongs to the private upload area, which only Adrelina and her web team use to log in. SoundCloud may place cookies once you press play, as described above.
Your rights
You can ask us which data we have about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, to limit its use or to send it to you. You can also object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will answer within a month. If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
